Pars & Birdies
The (Pars and Birdies) Junior Golf Program starts in June and continues in July concluding after 3 sessions with a semi competitive on course event. The objectives of these programs are to promote the game of golf, teach fundamentals of the swing, the rules, etiquette and safety. We also instill a respect for the golf course and all club facilities. Throughout the summer your child will learn the basics of the game and etiquette for on-course behavior. We will also be issuing a behavior scorecard after each session for your review. In addition we would like to assign each student a homework assignment to be completed prior to the next class which we would like each parent to sign off and return at the next session.
The (Players) Junior Golf Program starts at the end of July and early August, it concludes after 3 sessions.
The objectives of these programs are to promote the game of golf, review fundamentals of the swing, rules, etiquette and safety. We also instill a respect for the golf course and all club facilities. Throughout the summer your child will be reviewing all the basics of the game that they may have learned in our previous classes or from other experiences with golf. We will also be adding numerous competitions for the student as well. Like our other classes we will be issuing homework assignments and evaluations throughout the sessions. We would appreciate your review and follow up of these assignments.
